ng999 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ng999 (the platform operator). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the ng999 platform and close your account if one has been opened.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active ng999 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using identical or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If ng999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed without notice and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited.

• Each player must register using their own true legal identity. Registering under a false name or impersonating any third party is a serious breach of these terms.
• ng999 does not permit the creation of accounts on behalf of third parties. You may only register and use an ng999 account for your own personal entertainment.

Account Security

Dormant Accounts

Deposits

ng999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players:

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

No player or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ng999 content without ng999's prior written consent.

The ng999 trade mark, brand name, and logo are the exclusive property of ng999 and may not be used in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — without ng999's express written permission. Unauthorised use of ng999 brand assets constitutes trade mark infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ng999 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or opportunity arising from technical failures, platform downtime, game interruptions, or data errors — whether caused by ng999's own systems or by third-party software or infrastructure providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses claimed to result from use of the ng999 platform, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including account suspension or closure resulting from prohibited conduct or failure to complete KYC verification.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit ng999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ng999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached these Terms and Conditions or any specific terms applicable to a promotion or game category.
• ng999 is required to take action by a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority, or as part of an AML investigation.
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions, including being under the minimum age of 21 years.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances on accounts closed for prohibited conduct may be forfeited at ng999's discretion.
